Simple Recipes of Delicious Roast Turkey



On Christmas, our family usually makes special menus because Christmas is a special day for us.

  1. For the Gravy: Strain the remaining water in the roasting pan into a small saucepan then heat it until it boils and thicken it with maizena/tapioca flour which has been mixed with a little water. Check the taste, if necessary add salt and pepper again.
